However, not everyone has the ability to afford someone professional that can help in this capacity. So instead you are going to have to be your own trainer and know what you can handle and what you cannot.

Before working out you need to know a few details about yourself. The first thing that you have to do is know the heart rate that you have and what you need to reach in order to make it stronger. When you know this information you will be able to determine what level of intensity you should start with in your fitness plan. It will also help you to know what level you should not be reaching in order to avoid health problems.

Fitness Limitations

Our bodies are not perfect and there might be types of exercises that it cannot handle. You need to know what your limitations are and what NOT to do. For example, running is a great cardio workout. If you have knee problems though all this will do is cause a ton of problems and maybe even force you to have surgery or to be off your feet for a few weeks.

Understand where your limitations lie and how you will be able to work past them. When you understand your body more and what it can handle than you will be able to choose the work outs that will strengthen the muscles, burn the calories, and avoid as many injuries as possible.
