Savory And Spice Lime Tilapia

Don’t you hate it when you are so busy with work or school every night that you have hardly any time to cook? Our first instinct is to head to the closest restaurant and pick up something to eat. Instead make this delicious and quick meal that you and your family will love. Fish is always great to have and Tilapia is one of the healthier and affordable ones that you can have.


  • Olive oil
  • Red-pepper flakes
  • Baby spinach
  • Fresh asparagus tips
  • Tilapia fillets
  • Scallions
  • Fresh lime
  • White cooking wine


Place the skillet on medium heat and place the tilapia filets inside with a small amount of white cooking wine and water. You want to use this as a way to keep the fish from sticking to the pan.

Place the asparagus tips, baby spinach, scallions, and red peper around the fish. Cut up the fresh lime and place it on top of the fish and vegetables. Cover it with a lid and let it simmer. Flip the fish every few minutes. Dish will be done when the fish is flaky.
