How NOT To Gain Weight When Dating

It is always great when you meet the man or woman of your dreams! When this happens we spend so much time together and we are able to truly enjoy the lives that we will create with each other. For a lot of couples it is also the time where we gain the most weight ever in our lives.

It is funny to think that being with someone that makes you happy is going to hurt your health and cause you to put on a lot of weight. In order to avoid this problem you need to understand what can cause this problem and the best thing that you both can do to put a stop to it.

Eating Out

How many times during the week are you eating out? It is not uncommon for couples to want to eat out all the time because it is a way for them to have fun and to connect. Instead why not try to cook for each other. Meet at the apartment and make an effort to cook meals that are delicious and that are healthy. This is a great way to bond as a couple and you will carry it into the marriage.

Cuddling Too Much

Cuddling is a fundamental part of the relationship – but sometimes we do it too much. It is time to get up off the couch and turn the TV off. Rather than spending your free time sitting down go outside and have some fun. If you don’t like to exercise than just go for a walk or go biking. Get out of the house and do more things.

Eating What He Eats

Men are able to eat a lot more than women. They have the type of body that is able to handle more and they can often get away with eating larger portions and heavier foods. Do not feel like you have to eat everything that he does or even the same portions. Remember that you do not need as many calories during the day that he does. Only eat until you are full and you will be fine.
