Flat Belly Diet

The MUFA has been well researched and will have the power to target the belly fat and to whittle it away. It also has a number of health benefits and people find that they are not on such a strict diet when they are able to indulge in the simple pleasures of olives, nuts, and even chocolate!

Before they start you on the month long plan they want to give you a type of detox. This does not mean that you have to purchase a whole bunch of pills that they make. You also don’t have to fast for a week or live off of nothing but juice. Instead they will give you a four day long 1,200 calorie food plan.

This detox is designed to jump start your body and to reduce any bloating that you have. They will have you eating some of the food that you eat during the larger plan plus they will want you to drink their sassy water. This is water mixed with mint leaves, lemons, and cucumbers.
